The Running
Hey, guess what? I have a blog. I even update it sometimes.
I've been running/jogging/walking/gym-ing a lot lately and figured I'd put some info up here about this whole mad experiment.
Start Date: 2008/01/25 (for the sake of argument)
Start Weight: 228lbs (sans vêtements)
General Plan of the Work: Neighborhood Jog / Gym Cardio three times a week, sometimes also Saturdays.
Current Date: 2008/03/19
Current Weight: 212.5lbs (avec vêtements)
Current Distance: ~60mi
Which is all well and good, but I need new shoes now. Too bad I can't download them.
